As a courtesy, we will text, or email to confirm your service appointments 4 and s days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
All clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment.
To offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere Divalicious Salon ask that you DO NOT bring children or associates to the salon if they are not receiving a service. In the event that you show up with your child or friend(s), you will have to re-schedule and you will be charged 100% of service price.
Appointment times are reserved especially for you! Cancellation AFTER 72 hours customer will have to pay another deposit in order to book another appointment. We understand that unforeseen events may happen, however we will not issue a refund, based on the fact that we have and with untruths. Divalicious Salon regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. Please keep all valuable items with you during your service. In case of left items, we will keep the items for 2 weeks, and if not claimed, the items will be donated to the charity of our choice.
PREPARATION FOR PROTECTIVE STYLES/HAIR EXTENSION SERVICES
You are expected to have your hair in a state in which the stylist can immediately start on your appointment, clean head of hair that is dry and de'tangled. If you do not have your extensions removed, or a clean head of hair that is dry and de'tangled, then you will be subject to one of the following:

Divalicious Salon ask clients to keep their conversation professional and inoffensive. Gossip will not be tolerated. Keep your personal conversation to a minimal as to keep the creative atmosphere of Divalicious Salon. If you have music you want to listen to, please put in your headphones.
All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management.
At the end of the appointment you may add gratuity, which is another way to express appreciation for a job well done!
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable.
