CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD TO RESERVE APPOINTMENT

  • Clients must enter payment information online to secure their appointment.

                        * Each client will only have to enter their credit card once.

  • Credit Cards are always charged after the appointment.

                       * Divalicious Salon secures the credit card when you reserve your                           appointment.

                       * Divalicious Salon charge the card on the day of the appointment.

  • Prevents no-shows

                      * You will be charged 100% of service price for no shows.

                      * To avoid charges you will need to cancel your appointment at                           least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Ensures compensation for late cancellations.

                      * You will be charged 100% of service price for late 

                         cancellations.

CONFIRMATION CALL/TEXT/EMAIL
As  a courtesy, we will call, text, or email to confirm your service  appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However,  if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your  responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid  late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.


APPOINTMENT CHECK-IN

All clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment.

To offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere Divalicious Salon ask that you DO NOT bring children or associates to the salon if they are not receiving a service. In the event that you show up with your child or friend(s), you will have to re-schedule and you will be charged 100% of service price.

LATE ARRIVALS

Appointment  times are reserved especially for you! Being on time for your  appointment is greatly appreciated so that we can provide you with the  extraordinary service and professionalism we are committed to. We  understand unforeseen incidents occur, however, your service will end at  the time of your originally schedules appointment. Full payment for  service will be applied.

A late arrival of 5 minutes or more may need to be re-scheduled and you will be charged 100% of service price.


CANCELLATIONS

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows.


Once again DO NOT bring children or associates to the salon if they are not receiving a service. In the event that you show up with your child or friend(s), you will have to re-schedule and you will be charged 50% of service price.


LOST ITEMS

Divalicious  Salon regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to  personal articles. Please keep all valuable items with you during your  service. In case of left items, we will keep the items for 2 weeks, and  if not claimed, the items will be donated to the charity of our choice.


PREPARATION FOR PROTECTIVE STYLES/HAIR EXTENSION SERVICES
You  are expected to have your hair in a state in which the stylist can  immediately start on your appointment, clean head of hair that is dry  and de'tangled. If you do not have your extensions removed, or a clean  head of hair that is dry and de'tangled, then you will be subject to one  of the following:

  1. Cancellation of your service 
  2. If there be enough time, you will be charge for additional service(s), therefore add a shampoo and blow dry service and a sew-removal to allocate enough time


CONVERSATION AND MUSIC
Divalicious  Salon ask clients to keep their conversation professional and  inoffensive. Gossip will not be tolerated. Keep your personal  conversation to a minimal as to keep the creative atmosphere of  Divalicious Salon. If you have music you want to listen to, please put  in your headphones.


PRICING
All prices are subject to change at the discretion of management.


GRATUITIES/TIPPING
At the end of the appointment you may add gratuity, which is another way to  express appreciation for a job well done!


GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift  certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but  they are transferable.


METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept cash, debit or credit cards, however with a debit/credit cards payment there is a  4% processing fee.


RETURN POLICY
All products and services are non-refundable.
