To confirm your appointment, full deposit is required. We value our commitment to you & your booking

You are free to cancel your booking at any time. However, please note that you can reschedule up to 72 hours before your appointment without needing to provide a new deposit.

Please review your schedule carefully before booking, as the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If a refund is processed, a 10% fee will apply, and we will no longer be able to offer future services. No exceptions.

REFUNDS

We strive to process refunds within 3-5 business days. Please note, a 10% processing fee will be deducted, and a 50% inconvenience fee may apply. To avoid future booking restrictions, we encourage you to carefully review service details and your schedule before finalizing any bookings.

To ensure the best possible service, please note the following guidelines:

Before your appointment, please ensure all knots, tangles, and shed hair are removed. Failure to do so may result in appointment cancellation or a $200 detangling fee.
Finger detangling is not sufficient. It's important that your hair is thoroughly detangled from the scalp to the ends. Please refer to the video below for a step-by-step guide on how to properly detangle your hair.
On the day of your appointment, please arrive with 2-4 twists instead of braids or cornrows.
Please refer to the hair density chart and schedule your appointment accordingly. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your appointment.
If you receive the message 'You are not permitted to schedule an appointment online' after attempting to process a payment, please note that we are unable to provide services to you.
